If you are unsure about what a PhD entails this is your opportunity to find out and see if it is right for you. You will be able to to meet the CDT staff, discuss any aspects of transitioning as an undergraduate and explore the various academic and organisational expectations of doctoral study. See how it would fit in with an employment or a career break, and get the chance to join a research group for a small taster session – availability depending.

There will a presentation with a Q&A session to start followed by either meetings with our PGR Reps, tours or meetings with supervisors. If you need to discuss travel arrangements please mention this when you contact us.
